In order for My Treatment Space to submit your claims on your behalf,  you will need to provide your therapist ANDREA ROA your Policy Number, as well as your ID member during your next treatment. In cases where you are not the primary insured member, some extra info such as name, last name, and date of birth of the primary insured member will be needed.

When submitting a claim, the system will immediately provide the exact amount that your benefit plan will cover for that specific treatment. You will need to pay the remaining portion of the total fee in cases where your benefit plan does not cover a 100% of the cost.

If the insurance company is unable to provide an immediate amount and confirmation, My Treatment Space would request full payment for service offered and would provide you with an electronic receipt for you to attach it to your claim.

Direct Billing will save you time and effort submitting your receipts to your insurance provider!
